This group workshop will help you learn how to support yourself through menopause with nutrition and lifestyle. During the 1.5-2 hr session you will also have the opportunity to ask questions and try some new foods. You will receive a goody bag containing samples to try at home.

Gain more understanding of what is going on in your body and why you need to support it...and how to go about it! Guided by Kate, a Registered Nutritional Therapist, this session will give you an opportunity to learn more, ask questions, try new foods and get some fab free samples!
